Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zones for San Diego Bay Fireworks Display

The Coast Guard is setting up four temporary safety zones in San Diego Bay to ensure the safety of spectators and vessels during the Port of San Diego Fourth of July Big Bay Boom Fireworks display on July 4, 2013.
