Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone on Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to a segment of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal from July 15 to July 19, 2013, to protect waterways and vessels from hazards associated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' dispersal barriers performance testing.
