Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone Around Skagit River Bridge

The US Coast Guard has set up a safety zone around the Skagit River Bridge in Mount Vernon, Washington, to protect vessels and people from hazards following the collapse of the Interstate 5 Skagit River Bridge, and to ensure the safety of emergency responders and construction crews.
