U.S. Coast Guard Adopts New Categorical Exclusion for Real Property Disposal Under National Environmental Policy Act

The U.S. Coast Guard has added a new categorical exclusion for real property disposal under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), allowing it to dispose of certain properties without conducting an environmental assessment or impact statement.
