Department of Homeland Security Submits Information Collection Request for BioWatch Filter Holder Log

The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Health Affairs will submit an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to manage the BioWatch Filter Holder Log and Filter Holder Log DHS Form 9500.
