Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Umpqua River Swing Bridge Operating Schedule

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary rule change to the operating schedule of the U.S. 101 Umpqua River swing bridge at Reedsport, OR, to accommodate the Oregon Department of Transportation's extensive bridge maintenance and restoration efforts, which will limit bridge openings to twice daily with a minimum of six hours notice.
