Coast Guard Proposes to Disestablish Safety Zone in Boston Inner Harbor

The US Coast Guard is proposing to dismantle the existing Safety Zone for the Chelsea River, Boston Inner Harbor, due to physical changes within the zone that render the regulation's provisions obsolete.
