Coast Guard Establishes 8 Permanent Safety Zones for Annual Marine Events in Duluth Zone

The US Coast Guard will create 8 permanent safety zones to protect spectators and participants from hazards during annual marine events in the Duluth zone, requiring authorization from the Captain of the Port or designated representative to enter or operate within the zones.
