Certain Pasta From Italy: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of pasta imports from Italy, finding that Italian producers and exporters received countervailable subsidies during the review period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The Commerce Department will now finalize the results of this review, which will determine the amount of subsidies to be imposed on Italian pasta imports.
