DHS and USCIS Invite Public Comment on Proposed Revision to Form I-212 Information Collection

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are seeking public feedback on a proposed revision to Form I-212, which allows individuals to reapply for U.S. admission after deportation or removal, and is currently undergoing a Paperwork Reduction Act review.
