Quarterly IRS Interest Rates for Overdue Accounts and Customs Duties Refunds

The IRS has announced quarterly interest rates for calculating interest on overdue accounts and refunds of customs duties, effective October 1, 2013, with rates of 2% for corporations and 3% for non-corporations for overpayments, and 3% for both corporations and non-corporations for underpayments.
