Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zones for Hawaiian Commercial Harbors

The US Coast Guard has designated nine permanent safety zones around Hawaii's major commercial harbors to facilitate swift evacuations in the event of a tsunami warning for the main Hawaiian Islands.
