U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to Submit Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget for Review and Clearance

The Department of Homeland Security, through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is submitting a petition for a nonimmigrant worker, Form I-129, for review and clearance by the Office of Management and Budget, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This submission follows a previously published notice in the Federal Register on July 5, 2013, which allowed for a 60-day public comment period.
