U.S. Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Safety and Environmental Management System Requirements

The U.S. Coast Guard is extending the comment period for the proposed rulemaking on safety and environmental management systems for vessels on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf until January 23, 2014, at the request of industry stakeholders to allow for complete responses.
