Coast Guard Removes TWIC Reference from OCS Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a final rule to remove a reference to the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) from its regulations on Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activities, clarifying the regulations regarding the employment of personnel on the OCS to U.S. citizens or resident aliens.
