Coast Guard Establishes Regulated Navigation Area Near Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

The US Coast Guard has created a temporary speed restriction zone on the Piscataqua River in New Hampshire to ensure safe passage for vessels during ongoing dive operations at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
