Coast Guard Expands Security Zones at Naval Base Point Loma for New Fuel Pier Construction

The US Coast Guard is expanding a security zone in San Diego Bay to protect Naval assets during the construction of a new fuel pier and relocation of a marine mammal program. The zones will restrict access to ensure the safety and security of Naval vessels, property, and facilities.
