DHS Proposes Update to Transportation Security Enforcement Record System
The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to update its Transportation Security Enforcement Record System, which collects and maintains records related to passenger and property screening, as well as transportation security law enforcement, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
