US Trade Administration Publishes New Procedures for Import Adjustment Offset Amounts for Automobile and Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Parts

The US International Trade Administration has published new procedures allowing domestic manufacturers of automobile and medium- and heavy-duty vehicle engines to claim import adjustment offsets for imports of parts, as established by Presidential Proclamations 10925 and 10984, effective May 15, 2026.
