U.S. Coast Guard Submits Information Collection Requests for Oil and Hazardous Materials Transfer Procedures

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comment on a revision to its Oil and Hazardous Materials Transfer Procedures, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and will submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval.
