Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Large Diameter Welded Pipe from the Republic of Korea

Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that the producers/exporters of large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Korea did not sell the merchandise at less than its normal value during the specified period. The review is being rescinded for 15 companies, and interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
