DEA Finalizes Rule on Self-Certification and Training for Mail-Order Distributors of Scheduled Chemicals

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule requiring mail-order distributors of controlled substances to undergo self-certification and training, as mandated by the Combat Methamphetamine Enhancement Act of 2010, which was first proposed in 2011.
