U.S. Government Seeks Final Judgment Against BBA Aviation plc and Others for Antitrust Violations

The U.S. Department of Justice has proposed a final judgment against BBA Aviation plc and other companies, alleging they engaged in anticompetitive practices, and is seeking to assess the competitive impact of this proposed settlement
