US Department of Justice Releases Supplemental Guidelines for Juvenile Registration Under SORNA

The US Department of Justice has released proposed guidelines to help eligible jurisdictions substantially implement the juvenile registration requirement under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), which mandates registration of juveniles convicted of serious sex offenses.
