United States Marshals Service Requests Comments on Proposed Collection of USMS Medical Forms

The Department of Justice is seeking public input on a proposed extension of a previously approved collection of medical forms for the U.S. Marshals Service, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
