DEA Schedules Three Synthetic Cannabinoids as Schedule I Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule placing UR-144, XLR11, and AKB48, synthetic cannabinoids, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, imposing strict regulatory controls and penalties on those who handle or manufacture these substances.
