DEA Proposes Adjustments to 2016 Aggregate Production Quotas for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing changes to the production limits for certain controlled substances in schedules I and II of the Controlled Substances Act, as well as an assessment of the annual needs for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, all for the year 2016.
