OJP Proposes Updates to Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act Formula Grant Program Regulations

The Office of Justice Programs is proposing to update the implementing regulation for the Formula Grant Program, which supports juvenile delinquency prevention programs and juvenile justice system improvements, to reflect changes in the 2002 JJDPA reauthorization and policy changes to the program.
