U.S. Department of Agriculture Releases Statement on Industrial Hemp

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, in collaboration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, has issued a Statement of Principles on Industrial Hemp to clarify federal regulations for growing and cultivating industrial hemp in compliance with the Agricultural Act of 2014.
