Drug Enforcement Administration Proposes Updates to Regulations for Controlled Substances, Chemicals, and Machines

The DEA is proposing updates to its regulations for the import and export of controlled substances, chemicals, and machines, as well as changes to reporting requirements for domestic transactions, in an effort to clarify policies and reflect current procedures and technological advancements.
