DEA Temporarily Schedules Synthetic Opioid U-47700 as Schedule I Substance

The Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing a final order to temporarily place the synthetic opioid U-47700 into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act due to concerns over public safety, effective immediately.
