Commerce in Explosives; 2016 Annual List of Explosive Materials Published

The US Department of Commerce has published the 2016 Annual List of Explosive Materials, which includes a revised list of explosive materials and blasting agents, as mandated by federal law. The list was updated to remove certain terms and add a correction to a previously listed explosive mixture.
