Federal Bureau of Prisons Announces Intent to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Prison in Kentucky

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is preparing a supplemental revised final environmental impact statement for the proposed United States Penitentiary and Federal Prison Camp in Letcher County, Kentucky, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
