Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Firearms Registration Application

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection request related to the registration of firearms acquired by certain government entities, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
