HHS to Review Petition for Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act Designation

The US Department of Health and Human Services has announced its decision to evaluate a petition to include employees from Mathieson Chemical Co. in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, which covers workers who worked at the facility in Pasadena, Texas, from 1951 to 2009.
