U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Submits Generic Information Collection Request for Feedback on Service Delivery

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval to collect qualitative feedback on its service delivery, as part of a federal government-wide effort to improve public feedback processes.
