Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for Klamath Facilities Removal

The Department of the Interior has released a final environmental impact statement and environmental impact report evaluating the potential effects of removing four privately owned dams on the Klamath River in southern Oregon and northern California. The document assesses whether removal will advance restoration of salmonid fisheries in the Klamath Basin and is in the public interest.
