US Forest Service Requests Withdrawal of National Forest Lands from Mining for 20 Years

The US Forest Service has submitted a request to the Secretary of the Interior to withdraw approximately 240.59 acres of National Forest System lands in the Fremont-Winema National Forest from mining for a 20-year term to protect mine reclamation work and ensure the integrity of the land.
