Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners Files Petition for Public Lands Classification

The Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners is seeking to obtain public lands and mineral estate in Colorado to fulfill its obligations under the Statehood Act, following a process initiated by the Bureau of Land Management under the Taylor Grazing Act of 1934.
