BLM Extends Public Scoping Period for Rock Springs RMP and Amends Rawlins RMP to Address Wild Horse and Burro Management

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is extending the public scoping period for the Rock Springs Resource Management Plan (RMP) by 30 days to address wild horse and burro management in Wyoming. The BLM is soliciting public comments to identify issues that will influence the scope of the environmental analysis.
