U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service Propose Amendments to Endangered Species Act Regulations

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service are proposing changes to the Endangered Species Act regulations to improve flexibility and clarity in the use of incidental take statements, which are used to express the amount of anticipated incidental harm to endangered species during certain government actions.
