Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Proposed Revision to the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has published a proposal to revise the nonessential experimental population designation of the Mexican wolf and is extending a public comment period on the proposed rule from September 11, 2013, to October 28, 2013. The agency also announced a public hearing on the proposed revised rule.
