U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Approves Renewal and Amendment to Barton Springs Pool Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact and approved a renewal and amendment to the Barton Springs Pool Habitat Conservation Plan, allowing the City of Austin to extend its Endangered Species Act incidental take permit for 20 years and add the Austin blind salamander as a covered species.
