BOEM Requests Comments on Paperwork Reduction Act Collection for OCS Leasing and Pipeline Regulations

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection for the Office of Management and Budget, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to review and approve the paperwork requirements for leasing of sulphur or oil and gas in the Outer Continental Shelf and pipeline rights-of-way, as outlined in 30 CFR 556, 550, and 560 regulations.
