National Marine Fisheries Service and Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for United Water Conservation District's Water Management Facilities

The National Marine Fisheries Service and Fish and Wildlife Service, in collaboration with the Army Corps of Engineers, plan to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the United Water Conservation District's water management projects in the lower Santa Clara River watershed, Ventura County, California, in response to expected applications for incidental take permits under the Federal Endangered Species Act of 1973.
