US Delays Conservation Rules for Endangered Plants
The US has delayed the effective date of two conservation rules for Eriogonum codium and Physaria douglasii subsp. tuplashensis by four weeks, citing additional public comments received on the rules, which were originally set to take effect on November 22, 2013.
