U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Revised Rule for Lesser Prairie-Chicken Conservation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes a revised special rule to conserve the lesser prairie-chicken, and reopens public comment on a proposed rule to list the species as threatened, while also announcing the availability of a conservation plan and requesting comments on its implementation.
