FHWA Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement Notice for I-69 Extension

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is withdrawing its notice to prepare a Tier One Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed extension of Interstate Highway 69 (I-69) from near Laredo and the Lower Rio Grande Valley, originally published on January 15, 2004.
