FAA Revises Airworthiness Directive for BAE Systems 146 and 146-RJ Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is revising an earlier notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Model BAe 146 and Avro 146-RJ airplanes to expand its scope. The proposed action is a result of mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) from another country, which identifies and corrects an unsafe condition on the aviation product.
