Lycoming Engines Proposes Airworthiness Directive to Address Fuel Injector Fuel Line Failure Risk

Lycoming Engines is proposing a new airworthiness directive to supersede an existing directive that requires inspection and replacement of fuel injector fuel lines to prevent engine fires caused by fuel spray into the engine compartment.
